., ,,,. ~ ... ...-", ,..... t J RESOLUTION NO. 1324 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ON 18TH STREET NORTHWEST WHEREAS the City of New Brighton has been requested to sub- divide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: 1. Lot 13, Block 1, Windward Terr~ce 2. Lot 14, Block 1, Windward Terrace WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that munici:p~H.ity must be obtained "before such sub- division can be filed, and WHEREAS Sect.ton 4;75:24.. Subdivision 2, ,of the New Brighton City Code provides for'subdivision of property witJ;;l.ou;t platting, if certain criteria can be met, and WHEREAS the Council has determin~d that such criteria has been met NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: A. Lot 13, Block 1, Windward Terrace and that part of Lot 14, Block 1, Windward 1'errace, lying northwesterly of tr..e following described line: Beginning at a point in the west line of said Lot 14 (said line has an assumed bearing of N 00 0'), distant 30.0 feet south of the northwest corner of said Lot 14: thence north 650 0' feet east to its intersection with the shoreline of Long Lake and there terminating. B. Lot 14, Block 1, Windwa~d Terrace except that part lying northwesterly of the following described line: Beginning at a point in the west line of said Lot 14 (said west line has an assumed bearing of N 00 0') distant 30 feet south of the northwest corner of said Lot 14: thence N 650 0' E to its intersection with the shoreline of Long Lake and there" terminating.
