" <br />~~~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. lS6l <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CITY ATTORNEY TO SETTLE THE <br /> ACQUISITION OF EASEMENT NO. 75-S-2l <br /> WHEREAS Easement 7S-S-2l is an easement for storm sewer <br /> construction over the northerly 20 feet of a parcel of land which <br /> fronts upon Long Lake, and <br /> WHEREAS within such easement in addition to a storm sewer <br /> pipe being layed underground, there will be a sedimentation trap <br /> approximately 80 feet long, and <br /> WHEREAS,;;}, it appears that the initial appraisal of Bettendorf <br /> i Appraisals for the damage to this parcel in the sum of $1,300.00 <br /> was made prior to any knowledge of the sedimentation trap being <br /> a requirement as part of Improvement 7S-S, and <br /> WHEREAS the City Attorney and Bettendorf Appraisals have ! <br /> I <br /> recommended to the City that a settlement for this easement in <br /> the &m of $4,SOO.00 appears to be reasonable, proper and <br /> necessary <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT R~LVED , That the City Attorney is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to pay to Central Investment <br /> Corporation the sum of $4,SOO.00 in full compensation for the <br /> acquisition of Easentent 75-s-21. <br /> Adopted by the New Brighton City Council this 10th day of <br /> ' , <br /> June, 1975. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> I <br /> ~W~~ <br /> Vernon C.
