<br /> r <br /> . <br /> A . ,11 <br /> ~ ~ <br /> .. .t' <br /> ? ,., . . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1626 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION RENAMING OUTER DRIVE H OF I~694 TO BEACH ROAD <br /> AND ESTABLISHING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON SUCH ROAD <br /> WHEREAS Outer Drive H of I-694 was released by the State of <br /> Minnesota to theCity of New Brighton on October 31, 1973, and <br /> WHEREAS the City desires to rename Outer Drive H to its <br /> commonly used name, and <br /> WHEREAS it is in the interest of public safety to~have <br /> parking restrictions on Outer Drive. H, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 710:70 of. the New Brighton City Code <br /> authorizes the City Council to designate r~stricted parking areas <br /> by resolution, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT R:e:SOLVED by ..t.h~<Counci1 of the'C;ity of <br /> New Brighton, ~at the frontage road known as Outer Drive H to <br /> 1-694 is hereby renamed Beach Road , <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Beach Road b.e:,posted with <br /> the following parking restrictions: <br /> 1. No parking <br /> A. On the south side of Beach Road from the east line <br /> sf Long Lake Road to a point 1280 feet easterly <br /> thereof; <br /> B. On the north side of Beach Road from the east line <br /> of Long. .Lake Road to a point 680 feet easterly <br /> thereof. <br /> 2. No Parking 1:00 P.M. to 9;00 P.M., June - August <br /> A.
