'-'.--"- ..".- 0--- _ _ -- -- <br /> ~ ~ <br /> ,- . <br /> . 1606 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ANNUAL SCHEDULE OF PAY AND COMPENSATION <br /> AS DETERMINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> WHEREAS the City of New Brighton is a member of the MAMA <br /> joint negotiating group, and <br /> WHEREAS the MAMA group was involved in arbitration with <br /> Teamsters Local #320, and <br /> WHEREAS the arbitration board has handed down a series of <br /> decisions one of which sets the salary compensation for police <br /> officers for 1975, and <br /> WHEREAS the City desires to implement the salary portion of <br /> the arbitration award <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE ~T RESOLVED by the Council of the city <br /> of New Brighton, That the following monthly salaries for <br /> permanent employees be established for the time periods designated <br /> below: "<, <br /> Police 6 12 18 24 36 <br /> Officer Start Months Months Months Months Months <br /> , Jan 1, <br /> June 30, 1975 $ 888 945 1005 1070 1139 1200 <br /> , July 1, <br /> Dec. 31, 1975 $ 910 969 1030 1097 1168 1230 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Police Officers assigned the <br /> full responsibility of investigator shall be paid $75 per month <br /> above the base wage effective July 1, 1975 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the above rates of pay shall be <br /> retroactive to January 1, 1975, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resolution shall take <br /> effect upon the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding <br /> between Local 320 and the Metropolitan Area Management Association <br /> Bargaining Committee, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Manager and Clerk-Treasurer <br /> be and are hereby ordered and directed to implement the provisions <br /> of this resolution. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of September, 1975 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Gay C.
