.. ,.' - RESOLUTION NO. 1590 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (Valerie Lane) I .,,'" I I WHEREAS the City of New Brighton has been requested to ! subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighten described as follows: Parcell: South ~ of Lot 20, Oakwood Manor, Ramsey County, I Minnesota except the east 198.94 feet. Subject i to a roadway easement along the north line. WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is i located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed, and WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subdivision 2, of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met, and WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has bl~er met; i NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of I New Brighton, That the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: Parcel A: The north 155 feet of the south ~ of Lot 20, Oakwood Manor, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the east 198.94 feet. Subject to a roadway easement along the north line.
