<br />/ 4! <br /> (' .~ <br />~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1589 <br /> , <br /> , <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA , <br /> I <br /> i <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING TRANSFER OF $15,425.00 FROM FEDERAL REVENUE <br />SHARING FUND TO CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND <br /> WHEREAS the City Council has entered into a joint power~: <br />agreement with the County of Ramsey for the construction of <br />traffic signals at Silver Lake Road and' Palmer Drive and with <br />construction costs to be shared equally by the County of Ramsey <br />and the City of New Brighton, and <br /> WHEREAS committed costs to date amount to $61,700 of <br />which $30,850 is chargeable to the City of New Brighton, and <br /> WHEREAS the City Council has determined that 1/2 of <br />the City's cost be funded with Federal Revenue Sharing funds <br />in accordance with the 1975-79 Capital Improvement Plan <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of New Brighton that $15,425 be transferred to the Capital Out- <br />lay fund from the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund to fund the <br />Federal Revenue Sharing Fund's share of such committed traffic <br />signal costs. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Manager and Clerk- <br />Treasurer be and are hereby ordered and directed to implement <br />such transfer. <br />Adopted this 12th day of August, 1975 <br />ATTEST: <br />~---' e 0Q , <br />~ .r- CL/ ~ <br />Vernon C.
