<br />~ , ~ <br />, RESOLUTION NO. 1587 <br /> <br />STATE'OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LOCATION OF SIDEWALKS TO BE INCLUDED AS <br />PART OF THE CITY SKELETAL SIDEWALK SYSTEM <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS Section 1050:25 of the New Brighton City Code <br />established a skeletal sidewalk system and provided for designation <br />by resolution of sidewalk locations to be included in such skeletal <br />sidewalk system, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS certain sidewalk locations within the City now <br />qualify for inclusion in the City skeletal sidewalk system. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton, That the following sidewalk locations be and are <br />hereby designated part of the N,ew Brighton, Skeletal Sidewalk <br />System. . <br /> <br />A. All public sidewalks abliLting Silver Lake Road <br /> <br />B. All public sidewalks abutting 5th Street N.W. from <br />Silver Lake Road to 16th Avenue N.W.. <br /> <br />C. All publis sidewalks abutting 14th Street N.W. from <br />Silver Lake Road to 16th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />D. All public sidewalks abutting 5th Avenue N.W. <br />from 10th Street N.W. to approximately 200 feet <br />south of 7th Street N.W. <br /> <br />E.
