<br />... <br />" .,. ~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO 1586 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SALE, SUBJECT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OF <br />CITY OWNED PROPERTY, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ~YOR AND <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING AND <br />DIRECTING MAYOR, MANAGER, ATTORNEY AND CLERK_TREASURER TO <br />PERFORM ALL ACTS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE PURCHASE AGREEMENT ON <br />THE PART OF THE CITY <br />WHEREAS Resolution No. 1578 declared the property at <br />910 6th st. S.W. to be surplus property and authorized the <br />employment of the spring company as agent to sell said <br />property, and <br />WHEREAS a written offer to purchase said property at the <br />total price of $31,900 on certain terms and conditions has <br />been received, and <br />WHEREAS $31,900 is the price at which the property was <br />offered for sale and is a price which appears to be fair and <br />reasonable on the existing market <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />l. That the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized <br /> and directed to execute that certain purchase <br /> agreement dated July 28, 1975 providing for the sale <br /> of the following described real estate: <br /> The West 176.0 feet of the East 631.0 feet <br /> of the South 247.5 feet of the NE 1/4 of the SW <br /> 1/4 of Section 32, Township 30 m Range 23, subject <br /> to an easement for road purposed over the south <br /> 33 feet thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />2.
