<br /> ,~ ~! <br />" . . <br />.. <br /> RESOLUTION NO 1582 <br /> i STATE OF MINNESOTA i <br /> I COUNTY OF RAMSEY I <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON I <br /> RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION <br /> DEPARTMENT FOR USE BY THE NEW BRIGHTON BICENTENNIAL COMMITTEE <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> i <br /> WHEREAS a New Brighton Bicentennial Committee has been i <br /> established to guide the community's celebration of the nation1sl <br /> 200th anniversary, and <br /> WHEREAS such committee represents a public purpose, and <br /> WHEREAS such committee has requested Four Hundred Dollars i <br /> I <br /> ($400) to aid in the development of its bicentennial programs I <br /> I <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> NEW BRIGHTON, That Four Hundred ($400) Dollars be transferred <br /> from the General Fund contingency Account to the Parks and <br /> Recreation Account No. 35 for the following purposes: <br />j <br />I <br /> 1. "Community-A-Fair" booth in September at Irondale <br /> High School to display projects and sell <br /> bicentennial items $ 20.00 <br /> 2. M~terial for a set of six historic flags of <br /> the early United States to be flown through- <br /> out the community 120.00 <br /> 3. Tape Recorder 200.00 <br /> 4.
