<br />1', . ~ <br />~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. :1..568 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING MAYOR AND MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> AGREEMENT PERMITTING INS~ALLATION OF PRIVATE SEWER SERVICE OVER <br /> CITY OWNED LAND <br /> WHEREAS the existing sanitary sewer service for the residenc(~ <br /> at 1350 Imperial Lane in the City of New Brighton does not afford <br /> sufficient fall to provide safe, healthful and adequate disposal <br /> of sewage, and <br /> WHEREAS the existing problem can be solved by the installation <br /> of a sanitary sewer service to a sewer in Foss Road, but such <br /> installation will require crossing over city owned property, and <br /> WHEREAS the installation of such sanitary sewer service will <br /> not adversely affect or impair the use of City owned land for park <br /> and open space purposes, and <br /> WHEREAS the description of the required easement can best <br /> be determined after the sewer service is in fact installed <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and Manager be <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City, <br /> the attached Agreement. <br /> Adopted this 24th day of June, 1975 <br /> ATTEST: <br />'\ <br /> y-z:;- ".......} b-? j)~ i I <br /> Vernon C.
