<br /> "., ., <br /> , <br />.. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1542 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RE SpLUT ION AMENDING 475-52 (PARKS) CAPITAL OUTLAY ACCOUNT OF <br />THE 1975 GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br />WHEREAS the 1975 General Fund Operating Budget authorized <br />certain equipment for the Park Department inciuding the following <br />equipment; 4 park benches, 2 picnic tables and 2 - 16 ft. dock <br />sections, and <br />WHEREAS the dock sections were damaged by a 1974 train <br />derailment at the park storage site and were replaced with <br />insurance settlement monies, and <br />WHEREAS the Park Department has received quotes that <br />would enable the City to purchase picnic tables at 2/3 costs <br />in lots of 6 and benches of a higher quality at 1/2 cost and <br />recommend the following budget amendments <br />1975 Budqet Proposed Amendments <br />4 player benches $ 240.00 4 player benches $ 291.00 <br />2 picnic tables 220.00 6 picnic benches 474.00 <br />2 16 ft dock sections 600.00 2 fishing benches 89.00 <br /> $1,060.00 $ 854.00 ! <br />WHEREAS the Council after review concurs with the Park <br />Department recomemndations <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by ,the Council'of the City of <br />New Brighton, That the 'l975! firew;Bright6ilY9perati1'lg':Buggeunbe <br />amended as follows: <br />Revenue <br />Unappropriated Surplus(lower budget amount by) 206.00 <br />Expenditures - "~" <br /> ~ital Outlay 475-52' <br />Delete: <br /> 4 player benches $ 240.00 <br /> 2 picnic tables 220.00 <br /> 2 16 ft. dock sections 600.00 <br /> Total deletions 1,060.00 <br />Add: <br /> 4 player benches $291.00 <br /> 6 picnic tables 474.00 <br /> 2 fishing benches 89.00 <br /> Total additions 854.00 <br />, <br />
