<br /> ,/ <br /> .. <br /> .. .. <br /> ~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO 1480 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING MAYOR AND MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE AND DELIVER QUIT CLAIM DEED CONVEYING STREET AND SEWER <br /> EASEMENTS ACQUIRED BY THE CITY IN ERROR <br /> WHEREAS in 1967 the City of New Brighton acquired certain <br /> street and sewer easements which are in error, and <br /> WHEREAS the plat of Long Lake Estates does dedicate to the <br /> city the correct street and sewer easements, and <br /> WHEREAS it E necessary for the city to deed back the <br /> easements which were acquired in error in order to clear the title <br /> to the,land within the plat of Long Lake Estates <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and Manager are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the <br /> attached Quit Claim Deed. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of Janaary, 1975 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> /')f/ J ~ ~ <br /> (~---I~?1mU0 i::7Y-U - <br /> ~omas F.
