<br /> Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the
<br /> City Council of the City of New Brighton,
<br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota
<br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
<br /> the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota, was duly
<br /> held at the City Hall, in the City, on Tuesday, March 9, 1976 at
<br /> 8:00 o'clock P.M.
<br /> The following members were present:
<br /> Bromander, Fisher, Hardt, Senden, Werdouschegg
<br /> and the following were absent: None
<br /> * * * * * * * * *
<br /> The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for
<br /> the purpose of receiving sealed bids for the purchase of $660,000
<br /> Permanent Improvement Bonds of 1976, as advertised for sale. The
<br /> City Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of the notice
<br /> of sale in the official newspaper and in Commercial West, which
<br /> affidavits were examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed
<br /> on file.

<br /> The City Manager and Clerk then presented sealed bids
<br /> received and opened by them pursuant to the notice of sale for
<br /> the Bonds. These were examined and found to be as follows:
