<br />.- .'- ,- <br /> . 2152 -- <br /> RESOLUTION NO <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING 1979 NEW AND USED CAR SALES LICENSE FOR <br /> HERMANN MOTORS, INC. FOR THE PREMISES LOCATED AT 878 5TH <br /> AVENUE N.W. <br /> WHEREAS Chapter 15, Article II of the City Code requires <br /> new and used car dealers to be licensed on an annual basis, an <br /> WHEREAS, Hermann Motors, Inc. has duly applied for a <br /> 1979 new and used car license, and <br /> WHEREAS Section l5-25.authorizes the City Council to <br /> impose conditions lIit deems necessary or advisable in the <br /> public interestll <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> of New Brighton that Hermann Motors, Inc. be granted a new <br /> and used car license for 1979 for the premises located at <br /> 878 5th Avenue N.W. subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Hermann Motors have no outside storage of junk <br /> cars, or storage of automobile parts vis ible <br /> from the public right-of-way. <br /> 2. That Hermann Motors be allowed to park no more <br /> than 4 vehicles on the premises outside the <br /> buildiflg. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resolution become a <br /> part of the license, be conspicuously posted on the premises <br /> along with the license, and be exhibited to any person upon <br /> request. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of December, <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Y;-;~A)~" QJ)L~~ <br /> Vernon C.
