RESOLUTION NO 2150 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING 1979 NEW AND USED CAR SALES LICENSE FOR MINAR FORD, 1100 SILVER LAKE ROAD WHEREAS Chapter 15, Article II of the City Code requires new and used car dealers to be licensed on an annual basis, and WHEREAS Minar Ford has duly applied for a 1979 new and use car license, and WHEREAS Section 15-25 of the City Code authorizes the City Council to impose conditions lIit deems necessary or advisable in the public interes t II . NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton that Minar Ford be granted a new and used car license for 1979 subject to the following conditions: 1. No flashing or whirling devices or pendants or other attention gathering devices shall be permitted: 2. All lighting shall be directed on the premises~ Monday through Thursday all lights shall be turned>dff after 9: 3 PM Unti15,A1-1 wi th the exception of secur i ty lights and the lights in the southeast corner consisting of one pole with three globes and one pole with two globes. Friday through Sunday the same conditions shall apply except that general lighting shall be turned off at 6:00 P.M. 3. All landscaped area shall be maintained and the landscaping plan approved by the City Council on December 28, 1971 shall be fully complied with ~ 4. All waste materials, debr is ,refuse, junk or damaged vehicles shall be kept inside the building or in an. area completely screened from public streets and adjacent property~ 5. Employee parking shall be in designated parking areas and not on the public street; 6. No vehicles for sale shall be parked on a public street nor on any landscaped area of the s ite ~ 7. No loud speaker system shall be permitted except in the interior of the building.
