<br /> 1 <br />-.. <br /> , ') <br /> ~ <br />- .., 2148 <br />, RESOLUTION NO. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RELOCATION OF A CERTAIN SINGLE <br /> FAMILY HOME WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> WHEREAS, an application to relocate a single family <br /> dwelling has been made by R.C.E. Corporation from 2358 <br /> County Road E to 679 9th Avenue N.W.~ and <br /> WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. That an app.lication for a building relocation <br /> was filed with the City on November 30, 1978. <br /> 2. That such application met the legal requirements <br /> for submission. <br /> 3. That the City Council, pursuant to published and <br /> mailed notices, held a public hearing on December <br /> 27, 1978~all person's present at the hearing <br /> were given an opportunity to be heard and the <br /> written report of City Staff were considered. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br /> City of New :Brighton that the following Findings of Fact <br /> are made in respect to the building relocation. <br /> 1. That. the structure is a one-story single family <br /> home to be relocated in a R-l, Single Family <br /> Residential zoning district. <br /> 2. That the area is proposed for single family <br /> residential use in the proposed Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 3. Tha t the lot is located in an area where the lots <br /> were originally platted with substandard area <br /> and several homes in the area are constructed <br /> on these lots of substandard area and width. <br /> 4. That the house to be relocated is compatiable <br /> with the houses in the area which are comparable <br /> in size and age. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the request for building <br /> re loca tion is hereby approved subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. That all zoning code requirements are met with <br /> the exception of the substandard lot area and <br /> width. <br />
