<br /> I <br />it'" .- ~ I, <br />\ 2142 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. . <br /> I <br />. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br /> THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally south of Mississippi <br /> Street, north of Rice Creek Road and east of 29th Avenue). <br /> WHEREAS the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br /> subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton <br /> described as follows: <br /> Parcel A: The West ~ of the NE~ of the SW~ <br /> of Section 18, T30N, R23W, Ramsey <br /> County Minnesota, except the West <br /> 195 feet of the North 657 feet and <br /> except the West 382.17 feet lying <br /> South of the North 657 feet, subject <br /> to roads over the North 33 feet and <br /> the South 33 feet thereof. <br /> WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br /> located in municipalities that have adopted a platting <br /> ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained <br /> before such subdivision can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code <br /> provides for subdivision of property without platting if <br /> certain criteria can be met7 and <br /> WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria <br /> has been met. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by th~ Council of the City <br /> of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the <br /> above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> Parcell: The West ~ of the NE~ of the SW~ <br /> of Section 18, T30, R23, Ramsey <br /> County, Minnesota, except the North <br /> 657 feet and except the West 382.17 <br /> feet thereof, subject to a road over <br /> the South 33 feet thereof. <br /> Parcel 2: The North 657 feet of the West ~ <br /> of the NE~ of the SW~ of Section <br /> 18, T30, R23, except' the West 195 <br /> feet, subject to the road over the <br /> North 33 feet thereof and except <br /> The North 153 feet of the East 105 <br /> feet of the West 300 feet of the <br /> West ~ of the NE~ of the SW~ of <br /> S ect,ion 18, T30, R23,Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota, subject to a road over <br /> the North 33 feet thereof. <br />
