<br />. . <br />..t' v <br /> RESOLUTION NO 2125 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NON-CONSERVATION CLASSIFICATION AND <br />SALE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEIT LANDS. <br /> WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey <br />County by resolution dated September 26, 1978, Classified as <br />non-conservation land, certain land lying within the limits <br />of the City of New Brighton~ and <br /> WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolution <br />together with a list of the land classified has been submitted <br />for approval of the classification and sale of the land <br />classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, sub. l~ <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />New Brighton that the non-conservation classification and sale <br />of the following listed tax forfeit properties is hereby <br />approved. <br />MAP NO.
