, ~ /p - RESOLUTION NO. 2120 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION AMENDING CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 1438 IN REGARD TO CONDITIONS OF OPERATION FOR AN AUTO BODY SHOP WHEREAS on October 22, 1974 the City Council adopted Resolution NO. 1438, pursuant to Section 8-080L, stating that under certain conditions an auto body shop is a permitted use within a B-3 District, and NHEREAS the City Council has been requested by Mr. Doug Peterson to amend Resolution NO. 1438 to permit the outside storage of wrecked vehicles or vehicles in the process of being repaired or partially repaired vehicles; and WHEREAS Mr. Peterson has indicated by letter that the continued Hse of the proper~ as an aUID body shop may be temporary and that outside storage of vehicles is necessary until the use is moved NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOVLED by the New Brighton City Council thatfheconditions of operation contained in Resolution No. 1438 are hereby amended to read as follows: l. That there not be more than twelve (l2) wrecked vehicles or vehicles in the process of being repaired or partially repaired vehicles, stored outside on the property: 2. That screening in the form of a board-on-board fence, be provided in conformance with City ordinances to provide screening on all sides of the property, and that fencing should be done after March 1, 1979 but by March 15 if the body shop still exists at that location~ 3. There is no gas, acetylene or electric arc welding or cutting carried on upon the premises~ 4. The hours of operation of such Auto Body Shop are limited to the hours between 7:00 o'clock a.m. and 8:00 o'clock p.m. 5.
