<br />, ~ /p - <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2120 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 1438 IN REGARD <br />TO CONDITIONS OF OPERATION FOR AN AUTO BODY SHOP <br /> <br />WHEREAS on October 22, 1974 the City Council adopted <br />Resolution NO. 1438, pursuant to Section 8-080L, stating that <br />under certain conditions an auto body shop is a permitted use <br />within a B-3 District, and <br /> <br />NHEREAS the City Council has been requested by Mr. Doug <br />Peterson to amend Resolution NO. 1438 to permit the outside <br />storage of wrecked vehicles or vehicles in the process of being <br />repaired or partially repaired vehicles; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Mr. Peterson has indicated by letter that the <br />continued Hse of the proper~ as an aUID body shop may be <br />temporary and that outside storage of vehicles is necessary <br />until the use is moved <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOVLED by the New Brighton City <br />Council thatfheconditions of operation contained in Resolution <br />No. 1438 are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />l. That there not be more than twelve (l2) wrecked <br />vehicles or vehicles in the process of being repaired <br />or partially repaired vehicles, stored outside on the <br />property: <br /> <br />2. That screening in the form of a board-on-board fence, <br />be provided in conformance with City ordinances to <br />provide screening on all sides of the property, and <br />that fencing should be done after March 1, 1979 <br />but by March 15 if the body shop still exists at that <br />location~ <br /> <br />3. There is no gas, acetylene or electric arc welding <br />or cutting carried on upon the premises~ <br /> <br />4. The hours of operation of such Auto Body Shop are <br />limited to the hours between 7:00 o'clock a.m. and <br />8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />5.
