_c _ II, I RESOLUTION NO. 2119 I STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMS EY CITY CF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally south of 3~A Street N.W. and west of Old Highway #8) WHEREBY the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: Parcel A: The North 16l.5 feet of the South 4l2.5 feet of the i East 560.6 feet of the NE~ of the SW~ of Section 29, Township 30 N, Range 23W subject to an easement for Trunk Highway #8 and subject to an easement for 3 -A St. N.W., Ramsey County, Minnesota. WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is loca ted in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed, and WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met~ and WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has been met. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: Parcel 1: The West 76.05 feet of the East 560.6 feet of the North l6l.5 feet of the South 412.50 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 29, Township 30 North, Range 23 West of the fourth principal meridian. Subject to an easement for Trunk Highway No. 8~ and subject to an easement for 3-A St. NW , Ramsey County, Minnesota. Parcel 2: The West 76.05 feet of the East 484.55 feet of the North 161. 5 feet of the South 4l2.50 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 30 North, Range 23 West of the fourth principal meridian. Subject to an easement for Trunk Highway No. 8. and I subject to an easement for 3-A St. NW , Ramsey County, Minnesota.
