2118 ... . " r ~ " RESOLUTION NO. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally south of County Road E and east of Silver Lake Road) WHEREBY the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: Parcel A: Lot 3, Block 2, Windsor Green Plat 6. Parcel B: Lot 4, Block 2, Windsor Green Plat 6. WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed, and WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met~ and WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has been met. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: Parcell: Lot 3, Block 2, Windsor Green Plat 6, except the Southerly twenty two (22 ) feet (measured at right angles from the Southerly line) of the Basterly five and thirty-three hundreths (5.33) feet (measured at right angles from the Eas terly 1 ine) . Parcel 2: Lot 4, Block 2, Windsor Green Plat 6 and the Southerly twenty-two feet (22 ) (measured at right angles from the Southerly line) of the Easterly five and thirty-three hundreths feet (5.33) (measured at right angles from the Easterly line) of Lot 3, Block 2, Windsor Green P la t 6.
