" <br />r ~ " RESOLUTION NO. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br />THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally south of County Road E <br />and east of Silver Lake Road) <br /> WHEREBY the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br />subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton <br />described as follows: <br /> Parcel A: <br /> Lot 3, Block 2, Windsor Green Plat 6. <br /> Parcel B: <br /> Lot 4, Block 2, Windsor Green Plat 6. <br /> WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property <br />is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting <br />ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained <br />before such subdivision can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code <br />provides for subdivision of property without platting if <br />certain criteria can be met~ and <br /> WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria <br />has been met. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the <br />above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> Parcell: <br /> Lot 3, Block 2, Windsor Green Plat 6, except <br /> the Southerly twenty two (22 ) feet (measured <br /> at right angles from the Southerly line) of <br /> the Basterly five and thirty-three hundreths <br /> (5.33) feet (measured at right angles from the <br /> Eas terly 1 ine) . <br /> Parcel 2: <br /> Lot 4, Block 2, Windsor Green Plat 6 and <br /> the Southerly twenty-two feet (22 ) (measured <br /> at right angles from the Southerly line) of <br /> the Easterly five and thirty-three hundreths <br /> feet (5.33) (measured at right angles from the <br /> Easterly line) of Lot 3, Block 2, Windsor Green <br /> P la t 6. <br />Adopted this 14th day of November ~978. <br /> , <br /> I i; <br /> /(1!4~ IA) :~ " <br /> st., 1-\ / <br />ATTEST: James W.
