" <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ~l,o.J <br /> - <br /> S,.TA TE OF MI:NNESOTJ.\ <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION LEVYING NEW BRIGHTON HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AUTHORITY TAXES FOR 1979. <br /> WHEREAS the New Brighton Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br /> has requested that the New Brighton City Council approve a levy <br /> in an amount of $28,863.00. <br /> WHEREAS: THE New Brighton city Council after review concurs <br /> with such request. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the city of <br /> New Brighton, that pursuant to the powers granted by M.S.A. <br /> 462.545 there is hereby levied on all taxable property in the <br /> city of New Brighton a direct ad valorem tax for the year 1978, <br /> payable in 1979 in the amount of 28,863.00 for General Housing <br /> Redevelopment Authority purposes. <br /> Adopted this3rd day of October, 1978. /J <br /> / cJ J A <br /> ' ~h~ / J,e,. <br /> ,:ames W.
