<br /> ~ <br />''< oF . <br />, . <br /> r1I!> <br />. to <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2095 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING NON- <br /> CONFORMING USE PERMIT NC-34. <br /> WHEREAS, an application for a non-conforming use permit <br /> has been made by Industrial Sprinkler Corporation, 730-lst <br /> Street S.W. to permit a building expansion, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. That an application for NC-34 was filed wi. th <br /> the City on September 13, 1978. <br /> 2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed <br /> the application at its meeting on September 19, <br /> 1978. <br /> 3. That the City Council, pursuant to published and <br /> mailed notices, held a public hearing on <br /> September 26, 1976, to consider the application. <br /> All person's present at the hearing were given <br /> an opportunity to be heard. <br /> 4. The written comments and analysis of the city <br /> Planner, the Planning Commission recommendation <br /> and all person's statements made at the public <br /> hearing were considered. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of New Brighton <br /> that the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to <br /> NC-34. <br /> 1. That the Type IV non-conformities identified <br /> on the property include: <br /> A. Portions of the front yard (lst Street S.W.) <br /> are used for parking. <br /> B. The entire front yard is not landscaped. <br /> c. The side street yard (8th Avenue) is not <br /> landscaped and is used for parking. <br /> D. There are vehicles being parked within 15 <br /> feet of a street right-of-way. <br /> E. There is only a Small amount of the concrete <br /> curbing provided along driveways and parking <br /> areas within the front yard. <br /> F. Inadequate wall treatment. <br /> G. There are materials being stored outside <br /> that are unscreened and are visable from <br /> the public right-of-way. <br /> 2. That the following improvements will be made in <br /> respect to these non-conformities: <br /> a.. The entire building will be painted upon <br /> completion of the building addition. <br />
