<br /> I <br />.- 't z" ~ <br />jj. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2081 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT <br /> WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND AND ALSO TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR SUCH <br /> SERVICES, ORDERED BUT NOT FUNDED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> WHEREAS the New Brighton City Council at its August 9, 1977 <br /> council meeting ordered the execution of a contract betweenthe <br /> City of New Brighton and Bather, Ringrose, Wo1sfeld for a study <br /> relating to a mining permit request but did not provide funds <br /> for such services, and <br /> WHEREAS the cost for such services are now known, and <br /> amount to $2,201, and <br /> WHEREAS funds are available wi thin the Contingency <br /> Appropriation to fund such expenditure <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br /> City of New Brighton, that the 1978 General Fund be amended by <br /> decreasing the following account in the following amounts: <br /> 190 (Contingency Appropriation) $2,201.00 <br />.. <br /> and increasing the following account in the following amount: <br /> 101-123-4300 (fees for seLvice) $2,201.00 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br /> New Brighton tha t the.
