<br />". <br />~ RESOWTION NO. 2070 ...' .. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally north of l4th St. NW and west <br />of Silver Lake Road) <br />WHEREBY the City of New Brighton has been requested to sub- <br />divide certain property in the City of New Brighton described <br />as follows: <br />PARCEL A: The South one-half of Lot 9, Oakwood Manor, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br />located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, <br />approval of that municipality must be obtained before such sub- <br />division can be filed, and <br />WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides <br />for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria <br />can be met; and <br />WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has <br />been met. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above <br />described property into parcels described as follows: <br />PARCEL 1: The West 80 feet of the South one-half of Lot 8, <br />oakwood Manor, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />PARCHlL 2: The East 80 feet of the West 160 feet of the South <br />one-half of Lot 9, Oakwood Manor, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />PARCEL 3: The South one-half of Lot 9, Oakwood Manor, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, except the West 160 feet thereof. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the approval is granted with <br />the following condition: <br />1.
