<br /> ! <br />, I <br />... ~ i <br />__,\i ~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2046 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMS EY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 6, <br /> VERMONT PARK ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has initiated vacation <br /> proceedings for the alley in Block 6, Vermont Park <br /> Addition, and <br /> WHEREAS, the procedural history of the vacation <br /> proceedings is as follows: <br /> 1. That the City Council initiated the vacation <br /> of the alley in Block 6, Vermont Park at their <br /> meeting of April 11, 1978. <br /> 2. That the Board of Review considered the <br /> vacation of the alley at their meeting of <br /> April 18, 1978. <br /> 3. That pursuant to published and mailed notices, <br /> the City Council held a public hearing on <br /> May 23, 1978 to consider the vacation. All <br /> persons 'present at the hearing were given an <br /> opportunity to be heard. <br /> 4. The written comments and analysis of the City <br /> Planner, the Planning Commission minutes and <br /> recommendation, and all person's statements <br /> made at the public hearing were considered. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> of New Brighton that the following Findings of Fact are made <br /> in regards to the proposed vacation: <br /> 1. That the alley is not paved nor maintained. <br /> 2. That there are no plans to improve this alley. <br /> 3. That all adjacent homes have access to homes <br /> from surrounding streets. <br />
