<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2030 <br />.. <br /> ... ,. <br /> . <br />.- STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON CONTRACT "B" OF IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br />77-5, 6 AND 7, CURBING AND SURFACING ON PALMER DRIVE, DA ISY <br />COURT, AND 14TH AVENUE N.W. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions adopted by the City Council, <br />the City Director of Public Works has prepared plans and <br />specifications for Contract liB" of projects 77-5, 6 and 7, <br />curbing and surfacing on Palmer Drive, Daisy Court, and 14th <br />A venue, N.W. and has presented such plans and specifications to <br />the City Council for approval. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of New <br />Brighton, Minnesota: <br />l. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved. <br />2. That the City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be <br /> inserted in the official newspaper and in the <br /> Construction Bulletin advertisements for bids for <br /> construction of Contract "B" of Improvements 77-5, <br /> 6 and 7, curbing and surfacing on Palmer Drive, Daisy <br /> Court, and 14th Avenue, N.W. in accordance with such <br /> approved plans and specifications. The advertisement <br /> shall be published for three (3 ) weeks, shall specify <br /> the work to be done, shall state that the bids will be <br /> opened in the City Council Chambers at 11:00 A.M., <br /> May 5, 1978, and considered by the City Council at <br /> 7:30 P.M., May 9, 1978, in the City Council Chambers <br /> at the City Hall and that no bids will be considered <br /> unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied <br /> by a bid bond or certified check payable to the City <br /> of New Brighton for five percent (5%) of the amount of <br /> such bid. <br />Adopted by the New Brighton City Council this ' L'8th day of <br />~~):'p9,1 , 1978. <br /> (::' 'eJ~' <br /> Ja~den, Mayor <br /> I ) t ; <br />ATTEST: /eitu ~tJf--- <br />~eJlQ~ <br /> Gary D' Hunt" City Manager <br />VernOn C.
