<br />, <br />, , ., <br />0)/-'- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2020 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLDTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING NON-CONFORMING <br /> USE PERMIT NC-27 <br /> WHEREAS, an application for a non-conforming use permit <br /> NC-27 has been made by Richard A. Larson to permit construction <br /> of a building at 55 Mound Street, on property having Type IV <br /> non-conformities, and <br /> WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That an application for non-conforming use permit <br /> NC-27 was filed with the City on February 12, 1978. <br /> 2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br /> application at its meeting of February 21, 1978. <br /> 3 . That the City Council, pursuant to published and <br /> mailed notices, held a public hearing on March 14, <br /> 1978, to consider the application. All persons <br /> present at the hearing were given an opportunity to <br /> be heard. <br /> 4. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner, <br /> the Planning Commission minutes and recommendation <br /> and all person's statements made at the public <br /> hearing were considered. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> of New Brighton, that the Council hereby makes the following <br /> findings of fact in respect to NC-27: <br /> 1. That the following Type IV non-conformities exist on <br /> the property: <br /> A. The existing building has less than the required <br /> 40 foot front yard setback. <br /> B. There is no concrete curbing along the driveway <br /> in th e front yard. <br /> C. The front yard is used for parking which is not <br /> permitted in an industrial district. <br /> 2. That plans dated 2/10/78 indicate the following in <br /> respect to the non-conformities: <br />
