<br /> .... <br /> ... . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 , <br /> " , <br /> . <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY STUDY AND CALLING FOR A <br /> PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE INSTALLATION OF MUNICIPAL <br /> SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN dRo.SSI~GS TO SERVE THE PROPERTIES <br /> ON THE EAST SIDE OF OLD HIGHWAY #8, NORTH OF HIGHWAY #96. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Council Resolution No.201Q dated <br /> February 23, 1978, a report has been prepared by the <br /> Engineering Department of the City of New Brighton with <br /> reference to the construction of sanitary sewer and water- <br /> main crossings to serve the property on the east side of <br /> Old Highway #8, north of Highway #96, and their report was <br /> received by the City Council of the City of New Brighton on <br /> February 23rd, 1978. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of New Brighton <br /> 1. That the Council will consider the installation of <br /> sanitary sewer and watermain crossings to serve <br /> the area east of Old Highway #8 and north of <br /> Highway 96 in accordance with the report and the <br /> assessment of contiguous or benefitting properties <br /> for all or a portion of the cost of the installation <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statute 429.011 to 429.111 <br /> (law 1955, Chapter 398 as amended) at an estimated <br /> total cost of the improvement of $10,000. <br /> 2.
