STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> w'-..- .. ,.. <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY "'" <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 78-1, BRENTWOOD <br /> HILLS 2ND ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS pursuant to resolutions adopted by the City Council, <br /> the City Director of Public Works has prepared plans and <br /> specifications for Improvement Project #78-1 and has presented <br /> such plans and specifications to the city Council for approval. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of New <br /> Br ighton, ,Minne sota: <br /> 1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved. <br /> 2. That the City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be <br /> inserted in the official newspaper and in the <br /> Construction Bulletin advertisements for bids for <br /> construction of Improvement 78-1 in accordance with <br /> such approved plans and specifications. The <br /> advertisement shall be published for three (3) <br /> weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall <br /> state that the bids will be opened in the City <br /> Council Chambers at 11:00 A.M., April 7, 1978, <br /> and considered by the City Council at 7:30 P.M., <br /> A pr i 1 11, 1978, in the City Council Chambers at <br /> the City Hall, and that no bids will be considered <br /> unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and <br /> accompanied by a bid bond or certified check <br /> payable to the City of New Brighton for five <br /> percent (5%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> Adopted by the New Brig~ton City Council this 23rd day of <br /> February, 1978. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ~~ e~ (J<L~ <br /> Vernon C.
