<br /> ~ <br /> ,,- ,- ... , . <br /> w ... <br /> EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> HELD September 23 1969 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 732 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of <br />the Village of New Brighton, Minnesota was held in the Council Chambers of the Village <br />Hall of said Village the 23 day of September 1969 at 8:00P.M. <br />The following members were present: AnQierson, Gunqerman, Moen, Nesser, Rebelein <br />and -the following were absent: None <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order and announced that the meeting was open for con- <br />sideration of proposed reassessment of COUNTY DITCH No.2. After the discussion and <br />consideration of the various objections presented, Member Nesser <br />in1roduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENT FOR COUNTY DITCH No. 2 <br /> . <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINN. AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The assessment for County Ditch No.2 should be and is hereby amended as follows: . <br />PROP. DESCR. ORIGINAL ASSMT AS REVISED <br />Earl F. Bjorke <br />63-0370-030-06 1. 1 3 Ac. = 0.97 Ac.= <br /> $126.06 $ 108.21 <br />. <br />2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing amendment to <br /> said assessment is just and equitable, and necessary for a fair assessment for payment <br /> of the cost of said improvement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly secoaded by Gun,der;man <br />and the vote taken thereof, the following voted in favor thereof: Ander~on, ~1]nClprm;::ln, <br /> Moen, Nesser, Rebelein <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and a~ <br /> ~ __/1 <br /> " / .(~ <br /> Clerk, Village of New Brighton <br />
