RESOLUTION NO 2237 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON INNSBRUCK DRIVE STREETS AND UTILITIES, PROJECT #77-5 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota as follows: WHEREAS, Pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law the City Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the improvement of: i Location: I I ! North Innsbruck Drive between Silver Lake Road and the West I II Corporate limits. II ~ II II !I Right-of-way acquisition, road grading, the installation of r II sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer and the con- struction of concrete curbing, bituminous surfacing and concrete sidewalk. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City 11 of New Brighton, Minnesota: 11 l. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named I therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby I! found to be benefited by the proposed impreovement in the II amount of the assessment levied against it. Ii 2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual Ii installments extending over a period of fiftenn (15) years, II the first of the installments to be payable on or after the first Monday in January, 1980~ and shall bear interest at the I rate of eight percent (8%) per annum from the date of the I adoption of this assessment resolution. !! !I I II Ii Ii Ii II II 1\ Ii I ; I I I :\ I I I I I
