Lais, City Attorney <br />Maurice Anderson, Director of Parks and Recreation <br />Jim Winkels, Director of Community Development <br />Joan Archer, City Planner <br />Les Proper, Director of Public Works <br />Vernon Pederson, City Clerk <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Blomquist chaired the meeting. <br /> <br />Minutes <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Schmidt to approve <br />the minutes of April 14, 1981 and April 21, 1981 <br />as presented. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Blomquist with the consent of the Council <br />directed receipt and filing of the Citizen Study Committee <br />minutes of March 25, 1981; Park Board minutes of April I, 1981; <br />and the Environmental Quality Commission minutes of <br />April 9, 1981 as presented. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Janecek to approve the <br />following items: <br /> <br />1. Consolidated fund vouchers 51619-51647; 58486-58565 <br />2. Liquor fund vouchers 14126-14196 <br />3. Licenses: <br />Hoffman Corner oil Company Packaged Food <br />4.
