Lais, City Attorney <br />Jim Winkels, Director of Community Development <br />Les Proper, Director of Public Works <br />John Grau, Administrative Assistant <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Minutes <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Senden to approve the <br />minutes of January 8, 1980 as presented. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Janecek to waive the <br />rules of procedure to consider appointments to the <br />Advisory Commissions. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Janecek to appoint <br />Larry Olson and Pat Blake to the Citizen Study Committee <br />for terms to expire December 31, 1981. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Special Order of Business <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Blomquist to defer Mayor's <br />appointments to the Civil Service Con~ission. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br />Mayor Senden requested that item #5 on the Consent Agenda <br />regarding disposition of the City vehicle be removed from <br />the consent agenda and placed at the end of the regular <br />agenda. <br />
