RESOLUTION No. 09-033 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON UTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION. iereas, an application has been made by Paul & Debbie Zisla to permit the subdivision of the vacated Sunbow Lane into two parcels, and iereas, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. An application was made for a Minor Subdivision on May 15, 2009. 2. Pursuant to published and mailed notice a public hearing was held on May 26, 2009 where all parties present were given the opportunity to speak. 3. The City Council voted on May 26, 2009 to approve the request. ereas, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact with regard to the Minor Subdivision (MS2009-001): 1. The area proposed for subdivision consists of the area of Sunbow Lane vacated by Resolution 09-032 adopted on May 26, 2009 and located north of 131h Street NW, east of Robin Lane, west of Pike Lake Drive, and south of 14th Street NW. 2. The property consists of roughly 3,900 SF or 0.09 acres. 3. The area proposed for subdivision is legally described as follows: That part of Sunbow Lane as dedicated in the plat of PIKE LAKE TERRACE PLAT 2, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying north of the westerly extension of the south line of Lot 6, Block 9, said PIKE LAKE TERRACE PLAT 2. 4. The proposed subdivided areas consists as follows: Proposed Zisla Description That part of vacated Sunbow Lane lying easterly of a line drawn from a point on the westerly extension of the north line of Lot 6, Block 9, PIKE LAKE TERRACE PLAT 2, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota, distant 18.3 feet west of the northwest corner of said Lot 6 to a point on the westerly extension of the south line of said Lot 6 distant 15.7 feet west of the southwest corner of said Lot 6. Proposed ISD 621 Description That part of vacated Sunbow Lane lying westerly of a line drawn from a point on the westerly extension of the north line of Lot 6, Block 9, PIKE LAKE TERRACE PLAT 2, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota, distant 18.3 feet west of the northwest corner of said Lot 6 to a point
