RESOLUTION No. <br />09-033 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />UTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION. <br />iereas, an application has been made by Paul & Debbie Zisla to permit the subdivision <br />of the vacated Sunbow Lane into two parcels, and <br />iereas, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br />1. An application was made for a Minor Subdivision on May 15, 2009. <br />2. Pursuant to published and mailed notice a public hearing was held on May 26, <br />2009 where all parties present were given the opportunity to speak. <br />3. The City Council voted on May 26, 2009 to approve the request. <br />ereas, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact with regard to the <br />Minor Subdivision (MS2009-001): <br />1. The area proposed for subdivision consists of the area of Sunbow Lane vacated by <br />Resolution 09-032 adopted on May 26, 2009 and located north of 131h Street NW, <br />east of Robin Lane, west of Pike Lake Drive, and south of 14th Street NW. <br />2. The property consists of roughly 3,900 SF or 0.09 acres. <br />3. The area proposed for subdivision is legally described as follows: <br />That part of Sunbow Lane as dedicated in the plat of PIKE LAKE TERRACE <br />PLAT 2, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying <br />north of the westerly extension of the south line of Lot 6, Block 9, said PIKE <br />LAKE TERRACE PLAT 2. <br />4. The proposed subdivided areas consists as follows: <br />Proposed Zisla Description <br />That part of vacated Sunbow Lane lying easterly of a line drawn from a point on <br />the westerly extension of the north line of Lot 6, Block 9, PIKE LAKE <br />TERRACE PLAT 2, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, distant 18.3 feet west of the northwest corner of said Lot 6 to a point <br />on the westerly extension of the south line of said Lot 6 distant 15.7 feet west of <br />the southwest corner of said Lot 6. <br />Proposed ISD 621 Description <br />That part of vacated Sunbow Lane lying westerly of a line drawn from a point on <br />the westerly extension of the north line of Lot 6, Block 9, PIKE LAKE <br />TERRACE PLAT 2, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, distant 18.3 feet west of the northwest corner of said Lot 6 to a point <br />
