, " RESOLUTION No. 02-021 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON , : RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND PLAT ApPROVAL , WHEREAS, an application has been made by the City of New Brighton to consolidate nine parcels into one lot to facilitate a new Public Safety Facility building. WHEREAS, the procedural history ofthe application is as follows: 1. An application for Preliminary Plat was filed with the City of New Brighton on January 25, 2002. 2. The Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a public hearing on February 19,2002, and all persons present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. The Planning Commission considered the plans and unanimously recommended approval subject to one condition (Vote: 6-0) 3. The City Council considered the Planning Commission's recommendation and voted on February 26,2002 to approve the application. Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to PL 02-001: l. The site is made up of nine separate properties: Property Identification Number (PIN) 293023110037 current Fire Station 293023110026 City Hall overflow parking lot 293023110027 Single family home 293023110028 Single family home 293023110029 Single family home 293023110030 Single family home 293023110095 Single family home 293023110096 Single family home 293023110097 Single family home 2. The nine parcels listed above will be combined into one parcel to construct a new Public Safety Facility. 3. The new parcel will be approximently 2.2 acres and is generally located south of 8th Street NW and between Old Highway 8 and 41h Avenue NW. 4.
