<br />, " <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 02-021 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />, : RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND PLAT ApPROVAL <br /> <br />, WHEREAS, an application has been made by the City of New Brighton to consolidate nine parcels into <br />one lot to facilitate a new Public Safety Facility building. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history ofthe application is as follows: <br /> <br />1. An application for Preliminary Plat was filed with the City of New Brighton on January 25, <br />2002. <br /> <br />2. The Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a public hearing on <br />February 19,2002, and all persons present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. <br />The Planning Commission considered the plans and unanimously recommended approval <br />subject to one condition (Vote: 6-0) <br /> <br />3. The City Council considered the Planning Commission's recommendation and voted on <br />February 26,2002 to approve the application. <br /> <br />Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to <br />PL 02-001: <br /> <br />l. The site is made up of nine separate properties: <br /> <br />Property <br />Identification <br />Number (PIN) <br />293023110037 current Fire Station <br />293023110026 City Hall overflow parking lot <br />293023110027 Single family home <br />293023110028 Single family home <br />293023110029 Single family home <br />293023110030 Single family home <br />293023110095 Single family home <br />293023110096 Single family home <br />293023110097 Single family home <br /> <br />2. The nine parcels listed above will be combined into one parcel to construct a new Public <br />Safety Facility. <br /> <br />3. The new parcel will be approximently 2.2 acres and is generally located south of 8th Street <br />NW and between Old Highway 8 and 41h Avenue NW. <br /> <br />4.
