A <br />RESOLUTION NO <br />09-043 <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />LUTION ACCEPTING A JUNE 11, 2009 DONATION FROM STANLEY KAUFMAN <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $461.00 <br />, the City receives donations for memorials, and; <br />this donation allowed the purchase of two trees and a bench for Hansen Park as a <br />memorial to Stanley Kaufman's wife Linda; <br />the donation was not included in the 2009 budget and; <br />the 2009 Forestry General Fund budget should be amended to increase the general material <br />(101-44142-2170) account by $300 and increase the 2009 Parks General Fund <br />maintenance materials (101-44141-2140) by $200. Also the Parks and Recreation <br />Donation revenue account (101-34000-7804) should be increased by $500. <br />a Resolution is required for participation and receipt of funds: <br />, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton to hereby <br />ve the resolution accepting the 2009 donation in the amount of $461.00 from Stanly Kaufman. <br />this 14th day of July, 2009. <br />Steve Larson.
