RESOLUTION NO. <br />09-048 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILTY REPORT ON <br />CITY PROTECT 10-3, SILVER LANE STREET RECONSTRUCTION. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Silver Lane from Silver Lake Road to 16`h <br />Avenue SW and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton: <br />That the proposed improvement, called City Project 10-3, Silver Lane Street <br />Reconstruction, be referred to the City Engineer for study and is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost- <br />effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate <br />individual assessments for affected parcels. <br />Adopted this of 25th day of August, 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />Daniel A.-Maiers <br />r-birector,ofX-jnan e..and Support Services <br />_ (SEAL) <br />Steve Larson, Mayor <br />
