RESOLUTION NO. <br />09-088 <br />City of New Brighton <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br />Resolution Adopting the Final Tax Levy for Taxes Payable in 2010 for <br />Bicentennial Pond Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District with the addition of <br />a provision that the staff in 2010, consider revising the taxing district properties <br />for the 2011 assessment and report back to Council in time to review for the <br />2011 assessment. <br />Whereas, stormwater improvements in the Bicentennial Pond Storm Sewer <br />Improvement Tax District were requested by the affected property taxpayers, and <br />Whereas, there are ongoing lake restoration improvements to Bicentennial Pond and <br />the improvements are to be paid from Bicentennial Pond Storm Sewer Improvement <br />Tax District tax levies (75%) and Stormwater Fund contributions (25%), and <br />Whereas, the Bicentennial Pond Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District was <br />established in 1984, consisting of the 14 properties on Bicentennial Pond, and <br />Whereas, the final 2010 Bicentennial Pond Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District <br />tax levy has been agreed upon by the affected property owners to be $2,000, and <br />Now Therefore Be It Resolved that: the Bicentennial Pond Storm Sewer <br />Improvement Tax District tax levy for taxes payable in 2010 shall be $2,000. <br />AdoptpcLthis December 8, 2009. <br />DWel X Ailbaers <br />Director of Fice <br />(SEAL) <br />
