RESOLUTION NO. <br />09-082 <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />LUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT UTILITY ACCOUNTS TO BE PAYABLE WITH <br />2010 PROPERTY TAXES <br />the City annually certifies delinquent water, sewer, and stormwater bills for collection with <br />the property taxes; <br />certification is authorized by the City Code for charges unpaid that are past due by ninety <br />(90) days as of September; <br />, interest at the rate of 10% per annum has been included in the totals; <br />the affected customers have been advised as to the certification; <br />BE IT RESOLVED that: <br />11. The certification shall be as shown in Attachment A. <br />12.
