<br />t <br /> <br />I <br />~ <br /> <br />..... <br /> <br />Ii- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-022 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING COMPENSATION RATES FOR NON-UNION <br />,PERSONNEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved 199 compensation rates for the Pay Plan for non-union personnel <br />with a resolution at their 12/22/99 meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the need to change the pay grades of certain positions has arisen in Attachment Band <br />Attachment C to that resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has fonnally changed the way we provide a car to the City Engineer in the form of <br />a mileage allowance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />L The amended 1999 compensation rates for Regular Part-time employees is set in Attachment B. <br /> <br />2. The amended 1999 compensation rates for Seasonal Part-time employees is set in Attachment C. <br /> <br />3.
