ORDINANCE NO.791 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br />RELATED TO THE EXPIRATION <br />OF PRD & PUD APPROVALS <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the New <br />ton Code of Ordinance is amended as follows: <br />1. City Zoning Code, Sec. 7-100(2) is amended as follows: <br />In the event that a project is to be built in stages, final plan approval may be given <br />r to that portion or stage of the plan under specific consideration.
