<br />!i <br />II 0, <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 99-008 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ZONES ON THE 2ND STREET NW CUL-DE- <br />SAC BULB EAST OF 5TH A VENUE NW, AND THE NORTH SIDE OF 2ND STREET NW <br />FROM THE EAST BUILDING LINE OF ACCURATE COMPONENTS TO THE CUL-DE-SAC <br />BULB <br /> <br />WHEREAS, excessive vehicles parking on 2nd Street NW, east of 5th Avenue NW <br />has made it difficult for delivery trucks to maneuver, vehicles to pass each other on the <br />roadway, and vehicles to safely exit the driveways in the cul-de-sac bulb, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the excessive parking hinders snow plowing operations and the <br />accessibility for emergency vehicles, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owners of the business on 2nd Street NW have requested the <br />, establishment of the no parking zones to improve safety and mobility on the street. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of New <br />., Brighton hereby orders the installation of No Parking on the 2nd Street NW cul-de-sac <br />" bulb east of 5th Avenue NW, and the north side of 2nd Street NW from the east <br />building line of Accurate Components to the cul-de-sac bulb. <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of February, 1999. <br /> <br />,,; <br /> <br />~ <br />Robert Ben ., Mayor <br /> <br />:.\. <br /> <br />-ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />i _~~ <br />it ~ <br />, Margaret Ega , Finance Director/City Clerk <br /> <br />'I <br /> <br />(Seal) <br />
