' CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON MODIFICATIONS TO THE " DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.1 AND THE TAX : INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS NOS. 4 - 20, 23, AND 25 - 29. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") ofthe City of New Brighton, Minnesota , (the "City"), as follows: Section 1. Public Hearing. 1.01 This Council shall meet on Tuesday, March 27,2001 commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. at City Hall, 803 Old Highway 8 NW Old Highway 8 NW, New Brighton, Minnesota, to hold a public hearing on the following matters: (a) modifications to the Development Program (the "Program") for Development District No.1 (the "Project Area") to reflect increased project costs and increased bonding authority and (b) modifications to the Tax Increment Financing Plans (the "TIF Plans") for Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 4 - 20, 23, and 25 - 29 to reflect increased project costs and increased bonding authority within the Project Area, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes. Sections 469.124 to 469.134 and 469.174 to 469.179, inclusive, as amended and supplemented from time to time. Section 2. Notice of Hearing; Filinl! of Plans. 2.01 The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause notice of the public hearing, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, to be published as required by law, I to place a copy of the proposed modified Program and TIF Plans (collectively the "Plans") on file in the City Clerk's office and to make such Plans available for inspection by the public. ~ j Adopted by the Council ofthe City this 13th day of February, 2001.
