ORDINANCE NO. 799 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO GOOSE CONTROL; <br />AMENDING NEW BRIGHTON CITY CODE, SECTION 19-5 <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS as follows: <br />1. New Brighton City Code, Section 19-5 is amended as follows: <br />19-5. <br />(4) bunting, Fishing or Molesting Wildlife. <br />M. No person shall kill, hunt, trap, pursue, injure, molest, or unnecessarily disturb or have in <br />1ppssession any species of wildlife including birds, waterfowl, fish, or other animals found <br />jithin the confines of any open space site except that fishing may be permitted in designated <br />gas subject to laws and regulations as established by the State. <br />. No person shall rob, disturb, or molest the nest, eggs, or young of any birds, or other <br />dhimals within the confines of any open space site. <br />2.
