<br />... <br />,.~ <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-008 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING COMPENSATION RATES FOR NON-UNION <br />PERSONNEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved 2001 compensation rates for the Pay Plan for non~union personnel with <br />a resolution at their December 20,2001 meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the need to change the pay grades of certain positions has arisen; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />1.
