RESOLUTION NO. <br />11-092 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO -PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 9TH AVENUE SW <br />BETWEEN 201 9T" AVENUE SW AND OLD HIGHWAY 8. <br />WHEREAS, On August 8, 2011 staff received a letter requesting adding No Parking signage on the <br />east end of 9s` Avenue SW as on -street parking by the adjacent business has been disruptive of the traffic <br />that uses this street; and, <br />WHEREAS, On August 23, 2011 this request was referred to the September 26, 2011 Public Safety <br />Commission meeting for consideration.
