RESOLUTION NO. <br />12-015 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN <br />REEMENT WITH RAMSEY COUNTY TO CONVEY THE VACANT LOT LOCATED <br />401 IST STREET SW THROUGH A CONDITIONAL USE DEED <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County provides each municipality in county a list of forfeited <br />ies from the State of Minnesota for the non-payment of real estate taxes; <br />WHEREAS, the New Brighton City Council may request a conveyance from Ramsey <br />lbunty for a parcel of tax forfeited land that is located in New Brighton for an authorized public <br />W (such as a road, right-of-way, parks, and/or public service facilities); <br />WHEREAS, the New Brighton City Council is requesting a conveyance from Ramsey <br />ty for the vacant commercial lot at 401 151 Street SW (PIN 932-30-23-12-0016) for future <br />of way utilization; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby <br />ized to submit the conditional use deed application and $250.00 application fee to the <br />issioner of Revenue and $77.70 to Ramsey County in recording fees to request the <br />,ance of the tax forfeited property located at 401 l sc Street NW, New Brighton, MN for <br />use as a roadway or right-of-way for a road. <br />this 14th day of February, 2012. <br />Director of Finance and <br />port Services/City Clerk <br />(Seal) — <br />
