I1 <br />3. <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />12-028 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CHAIRPERSON FOR THE PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, City Code Section 2-64 requires the City Council to approve the <br />zendation for chair persons for advisory commissions on a yearly basis; and <br />WHEREAS, at their March 26, 2012 meeting the Public Safety Commission unanimously <br />ted Commissioner Robert Allen to continue to serve as Chairperson through March 31, <br />Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council hereby appoints Robert Allen to <br />as chairperson of the Public Safety Commission, through March 31, 2013. <br />this 10`h day of April, 2012. <br />�\ l <br />Dave Jao <br />Tuen, Mayor <br />A.
