<br />.! <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00- 022 <br /> <br />STATE OF MlNNESOT A <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATlON OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT Oo.J, STREET RECONSTRUCTION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 00- of the City Council of the City of New Brighton, adopted <br />March 14, 2000, a date was set for a Council Hearing on proposed I mprovement Project 00-1, Street <br />Reconstruction, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required <br />notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 28th day of March, 2000, at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed. <br /> <br />2.
